About The Author

Virginia Klute was born in Staten Island, New York, and grew up just down the street from the woods and brook setting of her children’s book “Early Spring in Ginny’s Woods.” A retired dental professional, Virginia embraced her love of nature and certified in Botanical Art at the New York Botanical Garden in New York City before moving to San Diego with her family- where she now spends time as a watercolor artist. She hopes her work helps others find refuge in the comfort, joy and peace of natural spaces.
